We're aware of several issues impacting the customer experience:
- 2-Step Verification Code Emails
- Password Reset Emails
- Accounts Settings (including Account Deletion) access slower than expected
Please note that some of the email delivery issues you are experiencing may be due to the email provider itself, as we are sending a high volume of emails to popular domains which can cause failures or delays in receiving the required email. We are actively working with email providers to try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We understand these issues may be preventing customers from accessing their accounts and otherwise taking actions within their accounts and we appreciate your patience.
