This report/dashboard is not available for one or more profiles

We have adjusted the criteria we use for selecting and reporting genetic variants to our customers. As a result, there are several pages of the 23andMe website that differ across versions of our product.

If you are sharing with an individual who has been genotyped on a different version of our product, or if you have multiple profiles in your account under different versions of our product, you will see this banner when you attempt to access a page that is not available for the product type of the profile you are viewing. 

You are able to access all available reports for each profile by selecting their profile name from the drop-down menu on the Health Overview page within your 23andMe account.
