International orders are shipped via express international courier and include pre-prepared and pre-paid return shipping to our contracted lab in the US. International return shipping consists of detailed shipping instructions and information, packaging, a pre-paid airbill, and export documentation. Some documents like the Customs Invoice need to be filled out accurately in order for your sample to reach the lab successfully.

For international shipping, customs duties are included in the international shipping cost; however, if you live in one of the Non Delivery Duties Paid countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, or Serbia - the recipient of the order is responsible for paying the customs duties assessed.

When returning your saliva sample to our lab from a country outside the United States, it is important to know that a large number of countries and shipping offices are still unfamiliar with the requirements of shipping an exempt human saliva sample, sometimes believing it is hazardous and erroneously charging FDA fees and expedited shipping costs. The documentation included with your international order is vital towards ensuring the uninterrupted acceptance and transport of your sample to the lab.
