Important: Health-related reports purchased by customers prior to November 22, 2013 will remain accessible through the Reports Archive. These health-related reports are not compatible with the new website experience, but are available in their PDF format to download and print.
The reports available to you in the new 23andMe experience depend on which version of our genotyping chip was used to analyze your sample. Some reports in the new experience are only available to customers genotyped on the current chip version (version 4). Customers genotyped on a previous chip will not receive Carrier Status reports in the new experience and will see “Report Not Available” when comparing restricted or unavailable reports within the Share and Compare tool.
Reports in the new experience may include different variants, formatting and language than older versions of reports on the same condition. In some cases, the same condition can be found in the old experience and new experience. Health-related reports previously visible to you in the old experience will remain accessible to you in the new experience through the Reports Archive.
Customers have previously had the ability to update genotyping chips from an older chip version (versions 1, 2, or 3) to the current chip version (version 4) at a discounted price. With the launch of the new 23andMe experience, we have temporarily paused the ability to update genotyping chips while we transition existing customers to this new experience. More information about updating chips will be available at a later date.
