This article includes instructions for updating your account email, password, and secret question when you are logged in to your account. If you cannot access your account because you forgot your password, you can review the instructions to reset your password.
If you are unable to access your account because you don't remember your account email address or the answer to your secret question, please contact Customer Care.
You can update your Account Settings by navigating to 23andme.com/user/edit and clicking on the Account tab. To update your password or secret question, you will need to enter your current account password.
To update your account email address, you will need to enter both your password and security answer.
